of ordered books. In the interrim, however, orders may be placed via
PayPal
to sales@roguepublishing.com for manual fulfillment. Orders will be
fulfilled manually as rapidly as possible, and usually in less than 24
hours.

to having immediate automated delivery of e-books as soon as possible.
PayPal orders should include:
- Name of the ordered book(s)
- Total cost, plus 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax if
you are a Massachusetts
resident
- Shipping cost if order is for a physical
product:
Within the US - 2.50 for first book, .50 for each additional
Outside the US - 5.00 for first book, 1.00 for each additional
- The email address to which the links for
downloading
the books should be sent, or the mailing address for physical product
